If your child is on medication (even temporary), it is essential to complete a medication authority form from the school office, detailing the dosage and time the medication is to be administered. The medication authority should be accompanied with a letter from your family doctor outlining that the medication needs to be administered at school, the time and dosage. All medication will need to be directed through the school office. A medication register will be kept and teachers will have access to the register.
